As part of the management process, in addition to their direct project responsibilities, each Senior Project member from a collaborating partner will serve as a member of a project advisory committee. The committee will serve as both a resource, and as oversight to the project. Advisory Group members will work in sub-groups, communicate by phone and email, and will meet in person quarterly. The advisory group will 'recommend' content of new learning materials, and submit recommendations to a three-level approval process:
(note: Highlighted items in each list will eventually pop-up related status details - feature temporaily disabled)
- First level of approval -- Century curriculum group - Academic Affairs & Standards Council
- Second level of approval -- MnSCU curriculum group - Academic Program Review Unit
- Third level of approval -- outside group of experts - objective critique of program quality
The program office will seek to use technology (web sites, bulletin boards, eNewsletters, etc) to optimize communication and participation across the diverse set of participants and stakeholders.
