Module 0: Setup Requirements

Technical Setup:

1. This module has been designed to work with Internet Explorer version 6.0 or higher. It cannot be completed using other browsers.
2. Much of the course materials are delivered in a presentation format requiring automatic download and install of an ActiveX module. Please click the line at the top of the browser and 'Allow Blocked Content' if/when asked by your browser
3. This module uses pop-up windows. When prompted by your browser, please allow pop-ups for this site.
4. This module includes video clips that may take a few minutes to download, depending on your connection speed. Please allow time for video clips to load.

What else do I need?

• Access to a printer
• A three ring binder with pockets or a legal pad and several pocket folders
• Pencils including a red pencil
• A yellow high-liter
