2. Be able to identify the purpose of the original “Presidential Initiative”
   
3. Explain the impact DNA evidence can have on the conviction and exoneration of a defendant
   
4. Explain “touch evidence” and “clean practices”
   
5. Demonstrate increased competency in working with DNA evidence
